Pink and Brown - Cezar and Kate

A wedding in Fernwood Gardens! (again ;))

Last Palm Sunday we managed to hold a successful and lovely wedding for Mr. and Mrs. Cezar and Kate Abellera who are both based in Brisbane, Australia. Kate is a direct referral of our 2006 bride, Vanessa who are friends from AU also. It's really a small world because Cezar, Kate's fiance is actually a classmate of our head planner, Ms. Glenda way back in St. John's Academy, San Juan. It was really a very lovely wedding, almost all the guests were in awe at the lovely and picturesque view of Fernwood Garden 1.

The couple had a very chic chocolate brown and baby pink motif and sustained it all through the elements of the wedding. From the invitations, the gowns and flowers, the reception place and the misalettes and the souvenirs, of course!

More pictures and updates to come once we get hold of the copies from Nice print. hehehehe...

Suppliers who all did a wonderful job are:

Irene Manigo - for making the bride extra beautiful that evening!

Scenta Flora - for decorating the St. Francis of Assisi chapel lovely

Saint Jo Flowers - for decorating the whole reception site super uber lovely and for making the bride's and the entourage's flowers oh sooo wonderful to hold!

Josiah's Catering - for providing us super duper excellent service throughout the night! We did not have any problem with coordinating with them in so far as the wedding banquet is concerned! We highly recommend them and their food! Excellent food!!!!!

Mallory Cosio - the very very articulate and bubbly emcee for the night!

Angelo's Barongs - for making the male entourage and the groom truly dashing with their barongs.

Fernwood Gardens - for the exciting horse carriage ride for the couple, who really enjoyed it especially the added breeze!

So far all of them are highly recommended! For bookings and inquiries, please PM me.

On Attitude

Piece of advice taken from Ms. Rita Neri herself - " When a person uses her charm on her wedding suppliers she will be a thousand times more effective in getting them to create the most wonderful wedding imaginable. Being anything less than charming and civil actually works against her because she ends up alienating the very people whose cooperation she needs most. The wedding pros will tell you that when it comes to getting more attention and service from them, its the little things that count meaning consideration and manners are important. Money is not everything." Once you hired the services of suppliers, it doesn't include that you have right to be rude, unprofessional and very demanding person that even the wee hours of the evening and morning you are nagging them. We understand that Brides and other celebrants have the tendency to be perfectionist and we are trying to bend to your every request but, we also have limitations and feelings as human beings, too. Saying please" and "Thank you", making "request" than orders also helps. Instead of barking your orders at once during the phone call, care enough to ask how are we doing or ask how's our day.

Kind words spell a lot of difference between a Bridezilla and a Charming Bride.
